PROJECT MANAGER – ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY

R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc., a cultural resources management
firm with a nationwide practice across the preservation disciplines, has an
immediate opening for a Project Manager in Architectural History in our
Frederick, Maryland office. Candidates must possess Secretary of the
Interior qualifications in architectural history and demonstrate 3-5 years
of professional project management experience. Applied knowledge of
architectural survey and documentation, resource evaluation, management, and
NEPA and “Section 106” processes are essential. Applicants should
possess strong organizational and writing skills. Project Manager must have
the ability to travel, to work collaboratively on inter- disciplinary
project teams, and to execute assignments on schedule and within budget.

This is a full time, salaried, professional position with full benefits
package (paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; medical, dental, and life
insurance; and a liberal 401(k) plan). Salary is competitive and
commensurate with educational and professional experience.
