Job Announcement: Archaeological Consultants of the Midwest are looking for at least one and possibly two field tech positions are a Phase II investigation on a prehistoric site near Parkersburg, WV.

The site is situated along the Ohio River and there are buried components, so a hard hat and vest will be needed for heavy machinery will be utilized. Duration of project would be approximately 2-3 weeks and could commence the second week of December.

Hotel will be paid and per diem will be $35/day.

For logistical reasons, preference will be given to individuals who live within the region.

Pay rate will depend on experience; the pay will be between $12-14/hour.
