·         Masters degree in Anthropology or closely related field or equivalent experience;

·         Ability to hold permits on public lands in the Southwestern or Great Basin Region;

·         3+ years of Southwestern or Great Basic archaeology consulting or agency experience;

·         3-6 years of supervisory experience, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Southwest, and the

·         Ability to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable experience independently preparing complex technical documents for cultural resources projects.
