Field Archeologists – Frederick, Maryland

R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. has immediate openings for field
archeologists to work out of our Frederick, Maryland office on a variety of
local and non-local projects. The durations of these projects range from
approximately 1-2 months. Applicants must be able to commute to the
Frederick, Maryland office on a daily basis. Some projects will require
travel for which lodging and per diem reimbursements will be provided.
Minimum qualifications include a B.A. in Archeology or Anthropology and
completion of an accredited field school. Experience in eastern North
American archeology preferred.

These are salaried, temporary positions that based on merit may be converted
to permanent for the right candidates. All salaried positions include paid
holidays; health and dental insurance; annual leave; and the opportunity to
participate in a 401(k) program. Salary is competitive and commensurate with
educational and professional experience.
